We had our hardwood floors refinished in July by Jeff Grueninger that involved moving a baby grand piano. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job on the floors and were so careful with our piano and all of our furniture. They use a vacuum with the sander so there was no mess. They did everything on time. He responds to texts and emails. Highly recommend Skyline Custom Flooring.

Jeff and his team are top-class at what they do and the treat customers and their homes with the highest level of care and respect. He takes so much pride in his work and has so much passion for it, and it shows through in the quality of the service. We reached out to him initially about replacing our third-floor/attic carpet with vinyl. Other contractors came to give estimates and didn't even bother to check under the carpet. Jeff checked under it and found original heart pine. He offered to refinish it and not only was it a more affordable job, but we couldn't be happier with the finished product. We've had his team back multiple times to work on other rooms in our home and we continue to get compliments from friends and family about how wonderful our floors look. We'll be customers for life! Jeff did a fantastic job refinishing our hardwood floors. Some of the flooring was in rough shape and he took the time to make it look better than it likely ever did. Even cutting out sections that he felt couldn’t be salvaged. Living in a home during the refinishing process isn’t easy but Jeff worked with us to make it as painless as possible. He kept his work area spotless and there was never any dust left behind. Jeff is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions we had. He always kept us updated, even sending us photos throughout the process. He is a perfectionist, an artist at what he does, and a pleasure to work with. Jeff did an outstanding job installing my engineered hardwood floors. From the first site visit to completion of the project I was glad I chose him to do the job. He's punctual, professional and personable, and I felt confident of his suggestions when he answered my many questions. The room was always tidy at the end of each day, I didn't feel like I was living in a construction zone. I chose Kähr’s "Oak Muse" & love the appearance with the changing sunlight during the day, it really brightens my family room!
